San Juan Collaborative for Health Equity Updates HEP realizes that achieving social change in New Mexico requires collective action among multiple organizations and communities throughout the state. The Partnership consists of core partners and over 50 network members, including community organizations and members. In this newsletter, HEP would like to honor and highlight a key partner and coordinator of ours within the northwest region of New Mexico.
