HEP is turning 5!!!! Since 2012, the New Mexico Health Equity Partnership (HEP), an initiative at the Santa Fe Community Foundation has solidified a statewide network of over 75 grassroots organizations and community members to ensure every New Mexican has the opportunity to lead a healthy life, live in neighborhoods where our children and families can thrive, and have a say in the decisions that impact their communities and their lives. HEP plays a critical role in connecting people, community groups and decision makers.
