The GIFT Training

“Building People Powered Movements: Grassroots Fundraising Fundamentals”

The Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training coming up in Española on October 20th. NMWomen.org is  very excited to be a co-organizer and co-funder of this transformative opportunity, along with the New Mexico Health Equity Partnership, Chainbreaker Collective, Northern New Mexico College’s Office of Equity and Diversity and others!

We wanted to invite you, your colleagues, and your board members to join us. This is not your average fundraising training. GIFT challenges conventional fundraising by centering grassroots fundraising as an essential strategy in working against oppression towards social justice. The GIFT training, Building People Powered Movements: Grassroots Fundraising Fundamentals will provide introductory and intermediate fundraising training. You can click here to learn more about the training and to register.

A few important things to note, childcare, Spanish interpretation, and ASL interpretation are available upon request. We ask that folks register early and let us know their needs. Additionally, scholarships are available upon request by emailing Carli Romero.
