Thank you for your participation and/or interest in the Plan4Health New Mexico initiative over the past several months! You are receiving this message because you have participated in one of our events, completed our survey, or otherwise engaged or expressed interest. We will host a multi-part event July 18-19 to wrap up this project and bring together key stakeholders in planning and public health to discuss ideas for the future. To help us make this event a success for you and for the project, please indicate your interest in attending any or all parts of the event in this brief survey.
All parts of the event will take place in Albuquerque (exact locations TBC). Space will be limited, but we will do our best to accommodate all those who are interested and we may be able to provide support for lodging for those traveling from outside of Albuquerque.
The event will include:
• Tuesday evening, 7/18: informal networking event and speaker highlighting one of the projects/themes from the Plan4Health assessment
• Wednesday, 7/19:
o Morning (approximately 9:30am-12:30pm): Interactive Map Explorer / Data Facilitator workshop run by New Mexico Community Data Collaborative
o Afternoon (approximately 1pm-4pm): Lunch and speaker, followed by presentation and facilitated discussion of key findings from the Plan4Health assessment. The afternoon will include time for networking and collectively brainstorming ideas for next steps in advancing our collective goals around community health.
